Free, uncharged use

To achieve free, uncharged use for your customers, the Surf Easy Internet Cafe software is simply set to allow free access.  The user then walks up to the terminal, presses the "Start" button and a new session commences.  There is no timer - so the user is free to surf for as long as they desire.  This method can work in a standalone or networked environment.

This solution is ideal for unattended sites or for operators wanting fully automated solutions that do not require staff intervention.

With this approach you simply use a coin acceptor or note acceptor, or configure our Surf Easy Desktop Edition software for online credit card payments.  Customers then walk up directly to the user terminal and insert their coins, notes or credit card details.  The software then automatically calculates how much time the user should be given.

This method allows each user terminal to receive payments directly from the user.  This method forces users to pay for their time BEFORE they start using the system, but then can still always buy additional time credit as they go.

Ideal for unmanned internet cafes, our Self-Serve software allows you to run any size internet cafe without the need for staff.

With this approach you can have multiple user terminals all connected to one or more Self-Serve payment terminals.  The self-serve payment terminal can use a coin acceptor or note acceptor, or can be configured for online credit card payments. 

Customers then walk up directly to the self-serve payment terminal, inserts their coins, notes or credit card details, and are issued with a code or user account.  The user then proceeds to any user terminal, punches in their details, and they are then able to surf the net for the time they purchased.
