our primary account as a secondary user, meaning you get the advantage
of our buying power.
This has the added advantage that
we can then assist you with your terminals should you ever need help
(you just supply us with the password for the particular terminal on
which you need assistance).**
You can also purchase
LogMeIn IT Reach direct from the manufacturer at
www.logmein.com, but you will pay a higher price.
There is also a free
version of LogMeIn called LogMeIn Free, which you can download from
their website at
www.logmein.com The free version does not have the same level of
access to detailed system information, and lacks many of the useful
features, but it does still allow you to take remote control of any PC
on which you install it.
Is it easy to
setup?
When you order LogMeIn IT Reach through us we will create a secondary
user account for you, and send you a link via email so that you can
download and install the LogMeIn software on your terminal(s).
You will then assign a name and password for the computer and then
you're done. That's all it takes. No IT knowledge
required!!!
How secure is it?
Access to your terminals is secured
by a password, which you can change at any time. Even though
your terminals will appear in our account, we can only access your
terminals if you supply us with the password(s).
The LogMeIn software delivers
maximum security with 128- to 256-bit SSL encryption,
Windows authentication, IP lockout, and support for RSA SecurID.
