Variable Pricing Schedule

Option to allow bonus free time for certain dollar spends, allowing sliding price scale.  Schedule different pricing for different times of the day, or for different days of the week, month or year.

Tiered Pricing

Surf Easy allows you to offer discounted prices to customers who spend more.  For example, you could offer internet access at $2 for 15 minutes or $5 for 1 hour (equivalent to giving a $1 discount for users who purchase an hour).  You can also have tiered pricing, so for example, a user can pay $2 for the first 15 minutes, then 50 cents for every 15 minutes after that.

Automatic Print Billing

The software supports automatic print billing.  When a user prints a document, the user terminal software counts the number of copies and the number of pages, and calculates the charge based on your price per page.  The software then converts this to an equivalent amount of time based on the current pricing.  The software then prompts the user to accept the printing charges.  If the user does not have enough credit to print the pages then it will prompt the user to insert more money.

Multiple cafes support

You can setup your credit codes and user accounts to operate from our central server, which will mean that your customers will be able to use their remaining time in any of your internet cafes.

Prices and Licensing

Surf Easy Self-Serve is available for free with every order of 2 or more licences for Surf Easy Desktop Edition.

The software can only be activated by entering a valid and current Surf Easy software license code. Each time the software starts it will verify the licensee's information by sending a notification to Arinda's License Server. The data will not be passed on to any third party. However, Arinda shall reserve the right to take legal measures against the licensee in any case of license abuse.
