Support Plans
Arinda offers the follow levels of support
for our products and services:

Standard Support Plan ($495 p.a.)
On-call support and remote access assistance Monday to Friday, 9am to
5pm (AEST QLD)

After-Hours Support Plan
($1095 p.a.)
7 days, 8am to 10pm high-priority on-call support & remote access assistance

On-Site Support
($60 per hour)
On-site support is charged at $60 per hour, with a minimum charge of
1 hour. On-site support is only available on the Gold Coast
and in Brisbane. Client's outside of those areas can ship
their products to Arinda for technicians to review in our office.
These support plans are in addition
to any specific hardware warranty
applicable to your particular equipment. Terms and
