Internet Cafe Staff Training (1/2 day or 1 full day)

This course is the most basic technical training course we provide, and is designed for employees/staff who are working in internet cafes.  The course provides training to help staff support users and manage their internet cafe systems.  The course goes through many of the most common user applications and support issues, so that staff can better service their end users.  The course can be customised to your particular requirements, and is usually conducted within your internet cafe.  This training is conducted at $120 per hour plus travel expenses. 

Surf Easy Introductory Technical Training (2 days or DVD)
