Unless otherwise specified, all
hardware is covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Specific warranty information for
each product can usually be found on the manufacturer’s website. Most
hardware is covered by a 1 year, back to base warranty. All coin and
note validators are not covered by a warranty, but they have very low
failure rates.
Most manufacturers’ warranties are
“back-to-base”. This means that if the hardware is faulty it must be
sent back to the manufacturer or their local approved repairer for their
diagnosis and repair. Please note that this process may take weeks to
complete. Please note that you will usually be responsible for any
shipping costs in returning the faulty hardware to and from the
manufacturer or repair centre.
In the event that you experience a
hardware failure you should first contact Arinda who can assist with a
technical diagnosis to help you identify the cause of the fault. Arinda
can assist you in contacting the relevant manufacturer and in arranging
the return shipment for repair. Arinda can also provide some hardware
on a short-term rental basis to replace the faulty equipment while it is
being repaired.
